Yardi Scholars enjoyed dinner and met with Professor Khalid Kadir of Civil & Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on the complex role that engineering expertise plays in the politics of international development and poverty alleviation, and his current work focuses on the intersection of poverty, expertise, and politics.

Giants Game for Cal Night
Yardi Scholars enjoyed a night out to attend the Cal Night Giants. Yardi Scholars traveled via BART (Bay Area’s Rapid Transit) to Oracle Park to enjoy the game. Yardi Scholars all received the commemorative Cal themed Giants jersey and dinner.
