Maya Rodriguez-Troestch is from San Diego, California, majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She enjoys spending time at the beach, going on adventures, and being around friends and family. In the future, Maya hopes to live and work abroad as an engineer, making a difference and supporting communities in need. She’s excited to explore the Bay Area and can’t wait to continue her education at UC Berkeley.

Mia is a transfer student from Orange County, California and is excited about moving upstate to UC Berkeley. While in attendance, Mia hopes to continue her studies not only in Political Economy but in both German and music as a choir member. Hailing from Fullerton, where their city motto is “the education community”, she plans on continuing their long-lasting tradition of educational excellence by pursuing a career in the Department of Education. In Mia's free time she enjoys reading graphic novels, singing, embroidery, and spending time with her twin.

Natalie is a first-generation college student from San Diego. She hopes to study Mechanical Engineering at Berkeley to help find ways to combat climate change. While at Berkeley she also hopes to expand her knowledge and learn more about things she is passionate about such as women's rights, and expand her knowledge into areas she's never ventured to before. Outside of class, she loves to do arts and crafts, swim, and hang out with friends.

Nevaeh is from Stockton, California, located in the Central Valley. She is mixed race Black, Mexican, and Filipino, and also a proud first-gen college student. Nevaeh is eager to set foot into UC Berkeley to enter this new aspect of her life and take advantage of opportunities to come and build relationships along the way! She is excited to explore her interest in Social Welfare to potentially pursue a career as a social worker.
